We listen to your story. You hope for something new, something different. It might be a small project or a completely new creation. Whatever it is, it is yours and we treat your dream with respect and care.  Initial consultations take up to 1 hour in your home and are free of charge.

During this meeting we will:

• Differentiate between your needs and desires.

• Understand your timeframe.

• Determine a budget.

• Present and explain our process.

Together we will review the options for the design of the space.  We will take detailed notes and exact measurements and agree on a concept.  At this time, we can give you a pre-estimate to see where we can add or take away to meet your budget.

The Cabinet Designer can begin at this time.  We will walk through layout, special needs, look and feel.  Not exactly sure what you want, give us some inspirational pictures and a designer can come up with a custom plan for you.  The kitchen design will be presented to you for you to see and visualize.

At this time we will give you a final estimate.  Does this match your budget?  We can talk through some options to add or remove features to make it not only be the design of your dreams but within your cost range. 

Installation will be scheduled at your convenience within a 2 week lead time.  Most installations take less than a day.  After cabinets are painted or stained, we will return for a complimentary alignment of the cabinets to make sure they are exactly what you wanted.

We provide our own “white glove” delivery service that emphasizes safe handling and prompt delivery that is on time, every time.

We want to make sure you love what you purchased.  If at any time you have a question or issue, you can contact us and we will work with you on a solution.  If you find any fixes that need to be done 6-9 months after the project, they will be done at no fee.  We want your referral and that happens when you are ecstatic about your experience.
